¤ Pricing

Prices depend on many factors, including the value of the beads and metal and the intricacy of the piece. Prices range typically from $5.00 to $150.00.

¤ Payment

Two Trees Beads^TM currently accepts checks drawn on U.S. banks.  Returned checks are subject to a $30.00 fee.  Non-refundable deposits are required for custom orders.  Payments may be made by credit card; contact me for information.

¤ Sales Tax

Sales tax will be collected for deliveries within North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia.  The rate is determined by the county to which the order is delivered.

¤ Shipping

All products are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service, Priority Mail, with delivery confirmation and appropriate insurance.  Shipping charges start at $7.15 and increase with the value and weight of the items being shipped. 

¤ Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available for custom work.  Certificates can be purchased either for a specific dollar amount or for a specific jewelry piece or ensemble.  Portrait Pendants make wonderful gifts for  new mothers and grandmothers.

¤ Gift Orders

Once payment has been received, I will be happy to ship your order to a gift recipient.  Gifts will be packaged in white boxes with purple ribbon.  All gift sales are final.

 ¤Return Policy

All custom orders are final sales, as each piece is designed according to the specifications of you, the customer.  The process of creating custom jewelry is by nature collaborative; through the communications required for the design process, the fulfillment of the customer's vision is achieved.  

¤ Changes and Repairs

A small labor fee will be charged for changes to jewelry, in addition to the costs associated with shipping and changed or added components.  Repairs due to manufacturing or materials defects  will be made free of charge within 30 days of purchase.

¤ Privacy Statement

No personal information is collected through this web site.  Any customer information that is collected through the process of ordering jewelry will never be shared with or sold to anyone.
